Client Testimonials
As a pet lover, our home carpet suffered during the house breaking of our golden retriever. After calling Peaches ‘n Clean to the rescue, our carpet looks like new, spots are gone and there is no pet odor after they used their pet treatment. Also ink had gotten on the carpet of our fifth wheel travel trailer from a broken ink pen. Again I called Peaches ‘n Clean to the rescue and they were able to remove all traces of ink from the carpet and it looks brand new. The crews are always professional and courteous.—Dave & Janet Frazier, Homeowners
We can assist as your personal Consultant with all your floor cleaning questions!
Peaches ‘n Clean not only provides professional cleaning services for your home or business, but we also can serve as your floor care consultant. Our specially trained and IICRC certified (www.iicrc.org) technicians have the experience and information necessary to advise you concerning your carpet care maintenance needs.
For over three decades, the IICRC has certified businesses in the restoration, inspection, and cleaning industries. IICRC looks out for the interests of customers. The organization scrutinizes businesses and encourages them to follow best practices.
To qualify for certification, a business must do several things:
- Adhere to the IICRC’s extensive “code of ethics.”
- Have a written customer complaint policy, including documented follow-up.
- Offer continuous training and education for company technicians.
- Have proof of insurance.
According to the IICRC’s website, certification benefits customers because “consumers know that, when they hire IICRC certified technicians or firms, they have hired experts who will ensure that the services will be completed in accordance with the industry’s highest standards.
The IICRC recently changed its name and logo to The Clean Trust. The leadership decided that it was in the best interest of their registrants to move forward with a new name. The name reflects their mission to identify and promote an international standard of care that establishes and maintains the health, safety and welfare of the built environment. The Clean Trust signifies the expansion and growth of the IICRC. For almost 40 years, the IICRC has built a strong reputation within the cleaning, restoration and inspection industry, but there has been an unclaimed opportunity to gain momentum with other audiences, particularly the general public. The change to The Clean Trust name provides additional marketing opportunities for the organization to continue to propel its growth.
Let our professionals assist you with any of your floor cleaning questions today!
